At Caples Home Healthcare, we provide a comprehensive range of services to meet the unique needs of each client. Our team of dedicated professionals delivers skilled nursing care, personal assistance with daily activities, and compassionate companionship. Skilled Nursing Care
Offering skilled, non-invasive nursing care in the home under the guidance of the client’s primary care physician. We handle daily health management, medication administration, and routine monitoring.
Personal Care Assistance
We assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as completing SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes to track the client’s progress.
Transportation & Socializing
We provide transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, therapeutic sessions, and social activities, ensuring that clients remain engaged and maintain their social well-being.
Meal Preparation & Care
Our team assists with meal prep and creates personalized care plans that promote the overall health and well-being of our clients, all while respecting their dietary needs and preferences.
From Hospital Care to
Home Healthcare
After many years of working in hospital and skilled nursing settings, I realized how overwhelming the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis process can be for both clients and their families. They often found themselves unsure of the next steps in care. My personal experience, when my own mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness, gave me a deeper understanding of how exhausting this journey could be—not only emotionally and physically, but financially as well. After my mother’s passing, I returned to the hospital and skilled nursing environment but felt a strong pull toward doing more for families in need. After reflecting on my experiences and discussing it with my family, I decided to shift my focus to home healthcare, where I could provide the comprehensive care that families truly need.
With over 15 years in hospital and skilled nursing environments, and 10 years of experience as an independent home healthcare provider, I am dedicated to providing the level of care that every family deserves. Caples Home Healthcare was created to give people a better option for their care—one that’s compassionate, personalized, and focused on quality.
